Often in life we feel discouraged because sometimes the image in the mirror isn't quite right. I want you to be confident no matter what you look like, embrace that look because your beautiful just the way you are!

My top favourite on natural beauty are the famous five, actresses Meagan Good, Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, Regina Hall and La La Anthony. The Chicas who were relaxing off set from filming "Think like a man 2" which the producers are yet to announce the release date for its UK audience looked stunning after what seemed like a spa date. So remember it is important to love yourself and look after yourself.
